The Meaning Behind “Regulate Coaching”
At Regulate Coaching, we believe that lasting change begins with mastering both the mind and the body. The name “Regulate” reflects our core mission: to help clients bring balance to their emotions, thoughts, behaviours and nervous systems. By teaching clients how to regulate these key aspects of their internal world, we empower individuals to break free from old patterns, heal from past trauma, and create the outcomes they truly desire.
Whether it’s achieving emotional stability, rewiring thought patterns, or shifting behaviour, “Regulate Coaching” is about taking back control.

How I became a Coach
My journey to becoming a Mindset and Trauma Coach started back in 2017. Shaped by the many struggles I’ve faced and overcome it ultimately led me to pursue a path of helping others.
As a single mum in a foreign country I found myself overwhelmed after a series of traumatic events. With no support network I felt lost as to how to move forward. Seeking answers I turned to psychology, hoping to find the tools I needed to heal and grow. At first I was encouraged by the results but I soon realised I needed something deeper – something more transformative.
This realisation sparked a profound shift in me, leading to a commitment to a range of additional training. I needed a deeper understanding of the mind, body and emotions, and how they all play a role in our healing and personal growth. These experiences not only changed my life, but they also shaped the way I work with my clients today.
